I enjoy the skating. The city staff are rude and look bored while doing nothing. It's pathetic that they have no interest in even faking some customer service. Why do they have to be grumpy and rude when we want a skate aid for our child. Here's a hot tip, put them up against the boards on the ice at the start of the skate they all get used. Try smiling, being friendly, and thankful to the people that pay you just like we do at our jobs.
Good indoor ice rink in North York area. Since it is community centre, there are some restrictions in timings. Good for all level of skaters. For kids who are learning, patients need to accompany with their skating shoes. During the leisure skating times, it will be a bit crowded.
Lovely place, friendly staff, good ventilation, large enough parking area! Washrooms don't have a hanger, so it's a bit difficult when you use it while having a backpack or a sack to carry your things. I go there for board gaming and it's quite nice! I see children swimming, playing basketball and ping-pong, sometimes with their parents (I guess). It feels like a safe place to have fun!
A excellent place to go for vaccination. The centre is easy to reach and is well equipped to handle a large crowd. The support personnel are extremely friendly and help you out in every way you can..
There are 4 screening booths and about 15 vaccination booths. There is the large area to rest post-application to analyze if anyone has a severe reaction to a vaccine.
Saturday night pickup shinny 9:30-10:30 pm . Age 6-12. City staffs are very nice, check kids ages, organize games.
Years of memories close to home. They built the ball court for my neighborhood and it's nice to be able to look in through the big glass windows . The track above the gym is a nice touch
Fairly dark and dreary arena.
Ample parking.
Change rooms are not too small.
The couches mostly none experience people and don't teach profetionaly
It is just good to have fun and do some exercise
U should not expect they teach profetionaly
Nice basketball court with good games
Off leash dogs here despite the sign saying they need to be leashed. Dog with no recall ran right up to me and my dog, I left, called to let the centre know and they replied “what do you want me to do?”
Awesome spot to play off leash but definitely avoid if you have a reactive dog as recall is not mandatory here.
